Application Criteria
VISION'S continually evolving combination of keynote speakers and facilitators, accomplished professionals from both within and outside of architectural practice, and an innovative experiential curriculum will provide participants with the leadership and communication tools emerging architects will need to develop professionally while enhancing their leadership capabilities.
Who should apply?
VISION is designed for professionals of any age who have been licensed less than 10 years. It is a program designed for accomplished managers, technicians, and leaders, the program will help refine leadership and communication skills for those advancing in both their professions and in the community. Participants should be established in their careers, be interested in growing their leadership capabilities for Cincinnati design firms in the future.
Tuition
The tuition for each participant is $2500. This includes all meals, facilities, materials, and scheduled VISION programs. Partial and full scholarships may be available for those with financial need.
